What to Expect at 360 Vascular Institute
At 360 Vascular Institute, we strive to make your visit as smooth, informative, and personalized as possible. Below is a step-by-step outline of what you can expect during your visit:
Pre-Visit Preparation
Before you arrive, we review all your medical records thoroughly. This ensures that we have a comprehensive understanding of your medical history, symptoms, and any previous treatments. Our goal is to be fully prepared to address your needs from the moment you walk in.
Welcome & Check-In
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff. We prioritize a welcoming environment to help you feel comfortable and at ease. Our team will assist with any paperwork and guide you through the process.
On-Site Diagnostic Ultrasound
We perform diagnostic testing in our state-of-the-art vascular ultrasound lab, often on the same day, to save you the inconvenience and cost of a return visit. This allows us to provide immediate insight into your condition and discuss findings with you in real time.
Personalized consultation
During your consultation, you’ll meet with Dr. Sudi and his team, who are committed to understanding your symptoms, concerns, and goals. We believe in taking a thoughtful and patient-centered approach, ensuring we get a clear understanding of your unique situation before providing recommendations.
At 360 Vascular Institute, we pride ourselves on offering each patient the time and attention they deserve, and we do our best to make sure no one feels rushed. Because of our specialized focus on complex vascular disease, many of our patients travel from out of state and internationally to seek care with us. As a result, we ask for your understanding and patience if there is a wait. Regardless of where you’re from, you can expect the same dedicated care we give to all of our patients.
customized treatment plan
We focus on empowering you with knowledge. Based on your diagnostic results, we will explain all available treatment options, including conservative and minimally invasive endovascular therapies. We never push for procedures but ensure you have the information needed to make an informed decision that aligns with your health goals.
collaborative care referrals
If we determine that your condition requires care beyond our expertise, we will leverage our relationships with top specialists locally and nationally to connect you with the right providers. Our commitment is to guide you toward the best possible care, even if it’s outside our practice.
next steps & follow-up
At the end of your visit, we’ll review the next steps together. Whether it involves continued monitoring, a follow-up appointment, or initiating a treatment plan, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of the path forward.
a partner in your health
Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the highest level of care and support. We’re here to answer any questions, address concerns, and ensure you feel confident about your vascular health journey.

I wanted to make sure I was treated by the best even if it meant I would have to travel from North Carolina to Ohio. I was very impressed with how thorough Kendel was with my imaging and how much time Dr. Sudi spent with my husband and I. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Sudi and his team.
In November of 2024, I had severe pain in my right leg and an ulcer on the right leg the size of a quarter. I went to see Dr. Sudi and after three surgeries my pain is gone and my ulcer has healed. The staff was so kind and professional each time.
